Gilbert is arguably the worst of the worst when it comes to criminals. He's lied, cheated, stolen, and more to get to the top, and he hasn't felt bad about a single second of any of it. No one in the sprawl heard of the slime/goblin hybrid until he suddenly took the criminal throne, but that didn't stop his climb to crime boss, and it's not stopping him from amassing a weapons cache and army of thugs and lowlifes to try and take over all the criminal enterprises in the undercity. After The Sprawl, no one's quite sure what Gilbert's plan is, but you can bet it won't be good.
